Our handcrafted wood toy bathtub boats are great traditional toys with which generations of kids have enjoyed taking a bath.
The 10-1/2” Wooden toy Sailboat with its 2 removable sailors is a super bathtub toy for the future sailor in the family. This is the only kids toy to which we apply any artificial finish, the hull being dipped in lead free varnish to give some protection from its use in water. However, if you prefer an un-varnished hull note it in the instruction box at the bottom of the order form.
We usually ship the sailboat with the multi-colored sail. If you prefer the red/white striped sail or blue/white striped sail just make a note in the instruction box at the bottom of the order form.
The Tug Boat and Paddle Boat are simple handmade bath toys with which any child will delight in playing . The paddle boat is driven by a replaceable rubber band which will power it all the way around the bathtub.
Many annual visits to the island of Monhegan in the Gulf of Maine, off the coast at Port Clyde, watching the local lobster fishermen go in and out of the harbor, led to the creation of our Lobstah Boat.
